Art Club


Most Precious Blood Art Club is open to 1st and 2nd grade.  The club allows for students to experiment and enjoy different art projects throughout the year. They meet once a month from 3:40 until 4:30.  At the end of the year, the students are hoping to have a project that will be auctioned off at the end of year awards assemblies.

Our club sponsors are Ms. Hinojosa, Mrs. Jester and Mrs. Trevino.

A member of the Art Club must:

  • Display and practice Gospel values, attitudes and habits essential to our Catholic faith.
  • Maintain grades
  • Be current with AR points
  • Maintain an “S” in citizenship

The purpose of Library Club is to learn library organization, proper procedures and to promote the love of reading.  Throughout the year, the library will sponsor different literary events for the school.

The club is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.  They will meet every Thursday from 3:40 to 4:15 based on the assigned team.  There will be an all members meeting throughout the year from 3:30 to 4:30.  The purpose of the meeting will be to plan or work on literary events.  An announcement will be made on REMIND.

Science Club


Most Precious Blood has a Science Club that is open to 4th and 5th grade.  The club continues to explore new ideas in Science.  They work with STREAM projects as well as with robotics.  This club helps to promote problem-solving and teamwork.  They will meet once a month from 3:40 until 4:15.  Our sponsors are Mrs. Mendez and Mrs. Mincey.

Student Council

We are excited to announce the continuation of MPBCS Student Council. The Student Council gives students the opportunity to develop leadership skills, experience the democratic process, and be able to perform service projects to benefit the school and the community.  Many school wide events are being planned.  Mrs. Bazan and Ms. Escobar are the sponsors.


  1. The club will consist of 2nd through 5th grade.
  2. Members will be selected by election.
  3. 2nd grade will have 2 representatives. (one boy and one girl)

Each 3rd grade class will have 2 representatives. (one boy and one girl)

4th and 5th grade will have 3 representatives.  (one boy and one girl, then either a boy or girl as their third representative.)

Once class representatives are selected, there will be elections for officers.  Officers will be voted upon by the entire student body in grade 2nd through 5th.
