Meet Mrs. Mendez
This year marks my 21st year in Catholic education. I have taught K4, Kinder, 1st and computer class. I have also been librarian for 2 years. I have been married for 27 years to my wonderful husband, Robert and have four beautiful children.
EDUCATION:
I have a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood from TAMUCC and a Masters in Administration from Lamar University. I am CPR certified.

ABOUT ME:
I find joy in life’s simple blessings—spending time with my beloved fur babies, tending to my garden, and relaxing on the patio with a good book. I have a deep spiritual connection to St. Francis of Assisi and St. Thérèse of Lisieux, whose love for creation and quiet trust in God continually inspire me. I’m grateful to be part of a school community where faith, learning, and the beauty of everyday life come together.
